Discmeister Records was founded in 2004 when Solex' The Laughing Stock Of Indie Rock saw the light. After three albums on Matador Records the contract ended and Solex decided to release her next album herself.

Now Discmeister-cd's are licenced in countries all over the world and can be bought in most webstores and the iTunes store.
